Document Notarization with Witnesses

If your document requires witnesses as part of the notarization process, we can easily facilitate these types of signings. We have the ability to provide witnesses for your signing.  There is a fee of $5 for each witness signature applied to a document plus the applicable notary fees. Below is a list of common documents that may require witnesses. Please note, this is not a complete list of every document type that may require witnesses.

  • Affidavits
  • Last Will & Testaments
  • Prenuptial Agreements
  • Power of Attorney Documents
  • Trust Documents
  • Quitclaim Deeds

If your document requires witnesses, but you don't see your document type listed above, we can still assist with your signing. To see our notary service fees, visit the Notary Fees page for details.

State Apostille Service Pricing -

Select States, such as California, Hawaii and New York may require a document to receive an authentication by a county or local government office/agency prior to submission to the apostille issuing authority. Notary Professionals of Nevada can complete all steps required as outlined by States that may require this additional authentication. Please note, if county authentication is required, this will extend the service completion time.
