Notarization for Foreign Language Documents
If you have documents written in a foreign language that need notarization, our notaries at Nevada Apostille Specialists are here to help. We understand the importance of accurate notarization that need to be recognized in jurisdictions outside of the English-speaking world. Our team will properly notarize your foreign language documents in accordance with all legal standards set by the State of Nevada.
Identification Requirements
All signers must personally appear before the notary public and present a valid, government issues photo ID at the time of notarization. Acceptable identification includes:
- State driver's license or ID card
- U.S. or foreign passport
- U.S. military I.D.
- Other forms of government-issued photo identification that meet Nevada Secretary of State requirements.
The identification must be current and include a photo and signature. Without valid I.D., notarization cannot be completed. Copies, images, or photos of identification are not acceptable.
Acceptable identification as outlined by the Nevada Secretary of State's office must be:
- Issued by a federal, state, or tribal government.
- Current, or issued within the last 5 years.
- Contain a photograph of the signer.
- Contain a physical description of the signer.
- Contain the signature of the signer.
Notary Fees
We are committed to providing clear, affordable, and competitive pricing for notary services.
- $10 for one notarized signature.
- $5 for each additional notarized signature as part of the same signing.
- $7 for each copy certification.
Note: Scanning and copy services may incur an additional fee.
Our Location
General notary services are currently only available at our Downtown Las Vegas office. We are located inside of the Mace Building at: 625 South 6th Street, Las Vegas NV 89101. We are in unit 107. Please check in with the front desk. They will let us know of your arrival.
Free street parking is available on South 6th Street.
