Start Your Apostille Order In 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Complete Order Form
Complete an online order form by clicking the button below. You can attach a copy of the your document to the order form for reference. After completing the order form, you will receive an email confirmation with notarization and shipping details.
Step 2: Notarize Document (If Applicable)
Documents that typically require notarization include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Academic Records/Transcripts
- Affidavits
- Agreements
- Authorization Letters
- Background Checks (performed by a law enforcement agency)
- Bank/financial statements or records
- Contract to Sell
- Driver License/I.D. Card
- Medical Certificates
- Medical Records
- Passport
- Power of Attorney (General, Special, Specific, etc.)
Documents must be notarized prior to shipping them to our service center for processing. Proper notarization is imperative to the successful completion of your order. After completing the order form, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. A document notarization guide will be included in the confirmation email. You can provide the notarization guide to the notary public for reference.
Note: Vital records such as birth, death, marriage, and other documents that are recorded with a government agency should NOT be notarized. Notarizing these types of documents will void the original copy.
Step 3: Ship Your Document
After completing Step 1 and Step 2, ship your document to our Las Vegas service center for processing. Shipping instructions will be provided in the confirmation email after submitting an online order form. You will receive an invoice via email for payment by credit card after the order is approved.
