Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Nevada Apostille Specialists. By submitting documents for processing, signing a service order form, or submitting payment for services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Nevada Apostille Specialists provides document processing services including apostille services, authentications, document retrieval, certified copies, translations, notarial services, and related document processing services.

Nevada Apostille Specialists acts solely as a processing service that submits documents to appropriate government agencies, Secretary of State offices, federal agencies, embassies, or consulates on behalf of the client. Nevada Apostille Specialists is not a government agency and has no authority to issue apostilles or certifications.

2. Government Approval of Apostille or Authentication

The issuance of an apostille, authentication, certification, or legalization is solely at the discretion of the issuing government authority. Nevada Apostille Specialists cannot guarantee that any government office, agency, embassy, or consulate will approve or issue an apostille, authentication, or certification for any document submitted.

3. Government Processing Times

Processing times listed for services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may vary depending on the workload, procedures, and delays of the receiving government office, agency, Secretary of State office, federal agency, embassy, or consulate at the time of submission.

4. Foreign Government Requirements

Nevada Apostille Specialists cannot guarantee that a foreign government, agency, consulate, or embassy will accept documents after an apostille or authentication has been issued. Clients are responsible for confirming document requirements with the receiving country before submitting documents for processing.

5. Changes in Government or Consular Requirements

Requirements for apostilles, authentications, and document legalization may change at any time without notice by foreign governments, embassies, consulates, or government agencies. Nevada Apostille Specialists is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional processing requirements resulting from such changes after an order has been submitted.

6. Document Authenticity

Nevada Apostille Specialists relies on the client and the issuing authority for the authenticity and validity of documents submitted for processing and assumes no responsibility for documents that are fraudulent, altered, improperly issued, or otherwise invalid.

7. Third-Party Processing

Nevada Apostille Specialists submits documents to third-party government agencies, embassies, consulates, and other authorities on behalf of the client and is not responsible for the actions or decisions of these entities.

8. Client Responsibility for Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents are accurate, complete, and eligible for apostille or authentication. Additional fees may apply if documents must be corrected, reissued, or resubmitted.

9. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

All service fees must be paid in full prior to processing unless otherwise agreed. Clients may cancel an order only before documents have been submitted to a government office or consulate.

Once documents have been submitted, orders cannot be canceled and service fees are non-refundable. Government and shipping fees are non-refundable once incurred. Additional fees may apply if documents must be resubmitted due to errors or changing requirements.

10. Document Rejection

Government offices or consulates may reject documents for reasons beyond the control of Nevada Apostille Specialists. Additional steps or fees may be required if documents must be corrected or resubmitted.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping services are provided through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL. Nevada Apostille Specialists is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nevada Apostille Specialists shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to processing delays, document rejection, shipping issues, or government decisions. Liability is limited to the service fee paid.

13. No Guarantee of Document Acceptance

Nevada Apostille Specialists cannot guarantee that any document will be accepted by a foreign government, institution, employer, or other entity after apostille or authentication services are completed.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Nevada Apostille Specialists reserves the right to refuse service for any request involving fraudulent documents, improper notarization, unlawful activity, or requests that violate applicable laws or regulations.

15. Client Communication

Clients must provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to requests for additional information required for processing.

16. Unclaimed or Abandoned Documents

Nevada Apostille Specialists will make reasonable efforts to return completed documents to the client. Documents unclaimed after 90 days may be securely destroyed.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a service order form or submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Service Terms and Conditions.
